Cake I wanted to reply to your comment about my intentions when I asked about being followed. My real intention was to point out that the most likely reaction in that situation is to flee and seek safety. This is not what I saw in how the whole scenario went down when TM was killed.
I had three separate incidents. The first was probably the most serious because I remain convinced that the person was intending to abduct me that day. He asked a question, and I answered him, and then he wanted me to get into his car... which is a no, no.... I said no and walked away. He followed me in his car. I was lucky because I was very close to the house of a school friend. My grandmother's house was much further away and I was not close enough to flee to my home. I actually went to my school friend's house and then when the coast was clear I returned home.
The second incident was frightening because the man involved probably intended abduction. What mad that situation really bad was that he was working in the same factory where I had a temporary job, and his wife was working there as well. Again, I was lucky because a woman was working in her garden. Instinct told me to talk to her... and then the man just drove away.
The third incident was completely different. It happened in the workplace. I was spooked over the woman following my every footstep, and I reacted to what she was doing. My subconsciousness had remembered the earlier incidents, which explains why I was spooked out. In the end she was made redundant but she managed to poison the people I was directly working with prior to her leaving that workplace.

further response
It is because of these experiences that I had real doubts about TM and the claim that he was fleeing. The fact that he punched ZM in the face is evidence that he was not afraid and that he did in fact track back and hide himself.
TM had plenty of time to reach home but he failed to go home.... why.. what was he up to ?

What is this I hear recently about the tea and skittles not being at the scene. Saying possibly that TM went home and came to back to GZ. Anyone else read this?

-- That was me. Sorry, I've been a bit busy working on a writing project with a Monday deadline and haven't been around as much as I'd like to. I'm hoping to have time this weekend to spend jazzing the forum up a little with some better colors; nothing fancy, though, because I like simple and easy to read. Feel free to send feedback any time.rrrrottenapples wrote:just wondering who started this forum again,

You want to know who started this? Trayvn Martin.
thanks for the board terry. Much easier to keep track of the conversations you are involved in.
Only issue I have is the postbit is on the right side, and its normally on the left side. Hard to get used to.

Just signed up and thanks for starting this forum. I am looking forward to when the coroners report comes out. I think that will shed a lot of light on things.

Agreed. That and the toxicology and other official investigation results will shed a lot of light on what actually happened.

Do you think that since it has been "sealed" (as well as the school records) that we will not be able to actually know what is in them? Obviously O'Mara will have access to them so why would they be sealed?

I thought they were already supposed to release all discovery by now. Anyone have an update to that?

I'm not sure of the logic of sealing it all but either the media will fight the sealing or someone will leak the documents. Either way we get to see them.

I haven't seen anything new. I just checked the court website and it's all old stuff.
